Pakakuna Gardens - The Place
PAKAKUNA, “our hiding place” in quichua language, describes perfectly the picturesque and beautiful estate where the project will be built.
Far away from the contamination and the noise of the city, close to the middle of the world, PAKAKUNA GARDENS enjoys spring-like weather all year round. Temperature ranges between 27 C (80 F) on sunny days and 12 C (55 F) during starry nights. The combination of equinoctial sun and the height of the Andean valley create a unique, compelling climate.
Two rivers border the estate, with ravines about 200 meters deep, forming a natural fortress, which permit total privacy, security and most of all, a spectacular view of the Andean environment, of the neighboring valleys and of the outskirts of Quito.
